Robyn Ladd

Robyn Ladd began violin lessons at the age of 5 with the New Ulm Suzuki School of Music. Her teachers have included Paula Anderson and Patti Tryhus. As a sophomore in high school she began viola instruction with Marilyn Bos and has since made viola her primary instrument. In 2009 she graduated from Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato with a B.A. in Music and an emphasis in music history. While attending Bethany she studied viola with Adrian Lo and Kenneth Freed. She was a member of the Bethany String Assemble, Handbell Choir, and frequently accompanied the Bethany College Choir. Since graduating from Bethany, Robyn has continued her education with Suzuki violin instruction courses at Steven’s Point, WI. In addition to teaching violin lessons, Robyn also teaches several note reading classes at the New Ulm Suzuki School of Music. She enjoys performing for church and with the Mankato Symphony Orchestra. She currently resides in Cambria, MN and can often be found relaxing with a good book and great music!
