Start Your Musical Journey Here

At New Ulm Suzuki School of Music, we recognize that our students embark on their musical journeys at various points in their lives. Each individual’s story is unique, contributing to the richness of the New Ulm Suzuki experience. To begin, reach out to us, and we will help you discover the ideal class, ensemble, or program tailored for you or your child. After you make your choice, tuition and fees can be paid in cash, check, or ACH. Local programs may be able to provide financial assistance to students until they complete high school.

Registration

To ensure your child’s spot in our enriching programs, a non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required at the time of enrollment. This fee not only secures their placement for the upcoming summer and school year sessions but also helps us maintain the high-quality experience we strive to provide.

Tuition

We offer flexible payment options for lessons, allowing you to choose between monthly, semester, or advance payments, with a 5% discount available for those who pay annually upfront. You can take advantage of the full tuition payment option upon registration to receive a 5% discount, which can be paid in cash or by check. For semester payments, billing occurs on September 1 and January 1, and can be made through check. If you prefer monthly payments, an ACH payment is required, with a 1% convenience fee applied each month.

1. Pay entire tuition by cash or check at the time of registration to receive a 5% discount.
2. Pay tuition each semester by cash or check on September 1 and January 1.
3. Pay tuition monthly by ACH (required) with a 1% convenience fee added per month.

Attendance Policy

Please notify the school in advance if a student cannot attend their lesson. All lessons must be paid for, even if missed. Make-up lessons may be granted by the teacher for student illness, required school or religious activities with prior notice, or a death in the family.

Late Enrollment Policy

Students who begin lessons later in the semester are required to pay the monthly fee for the duration of the semester, and the registration fee, which is nonrefundable, must be paid in full at the time lessons commence.

Refund Policy

If you find that you need to stop your lessons, please let our staff know in writing at least eight days in advance. Remember that registration fees and class fees are not eligible for a refund. If you have already paid tuition, you can transfer it to another student in your family, keep it for future classes, or request a refund by check.
